 Concerning Authorites
I believe God has ordained institutions of authority within the world, for the purpose of exercising judgment and rule, among men to various degrees [Titus 3:1]. First, God created the Scriptures as the highest form of authority within the world, while Jesus is not physically upon the world [Acts 5:29]. Second, God ordained human governments of mankind for the purpose of rewarding the good and punishing the evil [Luke 20:25][Romans 13:1][I Peter 2:13]. Thirdly, God ordained the Church to fulfill God's will within the local community according of believers [Hebrews 13:17][I Peter 5:5][Ephesians 5:21]. Finally God ordained the family, for the purpose of developing holiness, between a husband and wife, and Lord willing the raising of children unto Jesus Christ [Ephesians 6:1][Proverbs 22:6].

 Titus 3:1 [1] Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
 Acts 5:29 [29] Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
 Luke 20:25 [25] And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's.
 Romans 13:1 [1] Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God
 I Peter 2:13 [13] Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
 Hebrews 13:17 [17] Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
 I Peter 5:5 [5] Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.
 Ephesians 5:21 [21] Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
 I Peter 3:1 [1] Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
 Ephesians 6:1 [1] Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
 Proverbs 22:6 [6] Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
